We offer a one year warranty for manufacturing defects on all our paddles.
We pride ourselves on the durability of our paddles and our expectation is that you will get many years of use from your Hard Core Paddle. We are also aware, and we are sure that you will agree, that it is impossible to make a paddle that is unbreakable without it weighing a ton and potentially causing serious harm to the user! So deciding if a breakage is a warranty issue has lots of variables involved and really all we can do is rely on the honesty of the customer to tell us how they think the damage or break occurred and try and discern if that should have happened or not.
We are a small company running on a passion for whitewater kayaking rather than high profit margins, and we value all those customers who have supported us by putting their faith in our product. We have to balance that desire with the reality of staying in business but we will do everything we can to help you out with any warranty claims.
